McPherson Cleaners is a local, family-owned dry cleaning and laundering business in my college town the first client I got to work with as an account supervisor.

In the social media plan for the semester, our team focused on a key brand value: trust. When you bring something to a dry cleaner, you are putting additional time and effort into preserving or restoring something special. We used this mindset to build posts that called out awards won, the benefit of turning to a family-owned business and the variety of tailored services the client provides.
